The Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examinations (JKBOPEE) has announced the 3rd round of physical counseling for B.Sc. Nursing, B.Sc. Paramedical, and B.Sc. Technology courses for the academic year 2024-25. This round of counseling is open to all candidates, including those from reserved categories. The counseling process is aimed at filling the remaining seats across various Government and Private Colleges in the Union Territory (UT) of Jammu and Kashmir.
In light of Notification No. 11 of 2024 from the Indian Nursing Council, the deadline for admissions into all Nursing Programs for the academic year 2024-25 has been extended until 31st October 2024. This extension has allowed JKBOPEE to schedule a 3rd round of counseling for eligible candidates seeking admission to B.Sc. Nursing, B.Sc. Paramedical, and B.Sc. Technology programs.
In a notable change, JKBOPEE has reduced the benchmark score from 45 to 25 marks for this round of counseling. This adjustment is designed to accommodate more candidates, making those who secured at least 25 marks in the Common Entrance Test (CET) eligible to participate in the 3rd round of counseling.
